Thank You.

First of all let me say, "no." No, I do not have a studio but I'm okay with that and will probably never have one. I love being able to capture kiddos and families where they are most comfortable. While studios work amazing for some folks, it's just not for me.
That being said, just because it's winter doesn't mean we can't have fun and shoot! I have the joy of photographing one of my favorite little guys again today, in his own home. He has some special restrictions and some limitations so it was all about making HIM and mom & dad comfy. Today was the happiest he's been at any time I've worked with him and I firmly believe it's because we were in HIS environment.
Getting to meet new families and getting to grow with others is one of the biggest blessings of this career.
I had no idea when I first got to work with Bentley and his family {for his 6 month photos} that he would fill such a huge part of my heart and his parents have truly turned into people I love, like my own family!
And as an artistic person, to know that they VALUE your work and the effort you put in to doing your own thing, well that's priceless.
My clients amaze me and make me feel like one of the luckiest people in the world. Putting yourself out there with your art, whether it's photography, music...literature, design...any of it is scary. I'm always afraid of the "what if they hate it" "what if everyone thinks i suck" "what if everyone laughs?" Yes, seriously at almost 30 I still worry about what people think of me.
SO. I just want to send a special thank you to all of my friends, family and clients that have become all of that and more to me. You make this worth every second of what I do and I'd be nothing without your love and support.

xoxo
Mandi
